1. A non-refundable deposit of RM 300 is required to secure a booking, upon which Creativo Photobooth will issue a booking confirmation receipt via Facebook, email or any means of communication preferable to the client.

2. The balance shall be paid by cash or online bank-in at the end of the agreed duration before the provider leaves the event venue.

3. Additional rental charges will apply on a pro-rated basis if the customer agrees to extend Creativo Photobooth’s services during the event. The said charges shall also be paid at the end of the agreed duration before the provider leaves the event venue.

4. The client shall arrange for an appropriate space & time matter to be made available for the photo booth service. The PIC will arrange with the client prior to the time and space needed for the setup. 

5. The customer shall ensure that there is access to a power socket within the allocated space for the photo booth.

6. The customer shall ensure that there is clear access to load and unload at the venue.

7. The customer shall inform Creativo Photobooth any circumstances that will make the setup of the photo booth more demanding, including but not limited to, lack of lift access, long distance from unloading area to venue, etc. Delays caused by any complication that is not made known will not be compensated with extended service periods, i.e. Creativo Photobooth will adhere to the agreed end time.

8. Any request to alter the agreed date of the service of the photo booth must be made in writing at least 30 days prior to the event. Any change of date is subject to the availability of the photo booth on the alternative date. Promotional activities may no longer apply if the alternative date lies beyond the stipulated promotional period.

9. The customer shall be responsible for any loss or damage to the provider’s equipment caused by any misuse by the customer, guests and their employees.

10. Creativo Photobooth may use any of the photographs taken during the event for suitable means, including but not limited to advertising and promotional activities either in print or on the internet.

11. Creativo Photobooth reserves the right to alter the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
